User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation
To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Keeping your account information current and accurate
- Ensuring compliance with your organization's security policies
- Managing user permissions and access controls appropriately

Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide regarding our services may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

Our services may include third-party content or integrations. You are responsible for complying with third-party terms and conditions.
Service Availability and Support
Uptime
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Support
Support is provided according to your service plan. Enterprise customers receive priority support with dedicated success managers.
Service Modifications
We may modify, update, or discontinue features of our services with reasonable notice to users.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
- WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
- SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES OR INTEGRATIONS
- YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THE INHERENT RISKS OF INTERNET-BASED SERVICES
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA LOSS DUE TO USER ERROR
- FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS ARE EXCLUDED FROM LIABILITY
- LIABILITY LIMITATIONS APPLY TO ALL CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MosaicOps from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of our services in violation of these Terms
- Your data or content that infringes third-party rights
- Your negligent or wrongful conduct
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence
Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already provided.
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms or for other legitimate business reasons, with appropriate notice when possible.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We will provide reasonable assistance in data export, subject to technical limitations.
General Provisions
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MosaicOps regarding our services.
